Take 1 tablet of CARDULES ISMN 20 twice daily, or strictly as prescribed by your cardiologist or physician. To prevent nitrate tolerance, administer doses with an asymmetrical schedule (for example, taking doses 7 to 8 hours apart, such as at 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM) to ensure a daily 12 to 14-hour "nitrate-free interval" during rest/sleep. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet unless advised by your doctor.
