Orders, delivery and payments

For order progress, sign in to My orders. For a delayed or missing parcel, share the order and tracking reference. For a payment concern, share the transaction reference, date and amount.

Never disclose your OTP, account password, card PIN or UPI PIN. Support does not need those credentials to investigate a refund.

Prescription and product enquiries

Use Upload prescription for prescription review. Please do not place prescriptions or detailed medical histories in the general enquiry form below.

For a product query, include the product name, strength and pack size. For a possible quality issue, keep the product, batch details and packaging safely while the concern is reviewed.

Returns, refunds and complaints

Read the Return Policy and Refund Policy. The normal online return-request window is 48 hours after recorded delivery. Contact us directly if the issue cannot be raised online.

To escalate an unresolved complaint, email with the subject Order complaint and your order number. Include your earlier reference, a short account of what happened and the resolution you are seeking. Request escalation to the person responsible for customer grievances if further review is needed.
