This four-in-one formula supports bones, muscles, and immunity together. Calcium Citrate is a well-absorbed form of calcium that helps build and maintain strong bones and teeth, and it can be taken with or without food. Vitamin D3 improves calcium absorption and supports bone density and immune health. Magnesium Hydroxide helps relax muscles, reduce cramps, and support nerve function. How to use
This supplement works best when taken regularly and correctly. Follow the points below along with your doctor’s advice, and check the product label for the exact strength. Dosage: Take one tablet once or twice a day, or exactly as prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not increase the dose on your own, as too much calcium, Vitamin D, or zinc can cause side effects. Best time to take: Take it after a meal, preferably after lunch or dinner. Food improves absorption of Vitamin D and zinc and reduces the chance of stomach upset. How to swallow: Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it unless your doctor tells you to. Be consistent: Take it at the same time every day. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Never take a double dose. Spacing with other medicines: Keep a gap of 2 to 3 hours between this supplement and antibiotics, thyroid medicines, or iron supplements, as calcium, magnesium, and zinc can reduce their absorption. Avoid certain items: Limit tea, coffee, and alcohol around the time you take the tablet, as they can reduce nutrient absorption. Duration of use: Continue for as long as your doctor recommends. Results usually appear gradually over a few weeks.
