OLMISTRUM 40H by Steris Healthcare brings together two complementary, evidence-based cardiovascular agents: high-potency Olmesartan Medoxomil (40 mg) and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg). Designed for robust blood pressure control, this fixed-dose synergistic formulation targets hypertension through dual pathways—blocking vasoconstrictive hormone receptors while promoting fluid and sodium excretion to lower peripheral vascular resistance and cardiac workload.
How to use
Take 1 tablet of OLMISTRUM 40H once daily, with or without food (preferably in the morning after breakfast), or strictly as prescribed by your cardiologist or physician. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet. Try to take your dose at the same time every morning to maintain stable blood pressure levels and avoid night-time urination. Do not stop taking the medication abruptly without medical guidance.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Store at a controlled room temperature below 30°C. Protect from light and humidity. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
