How to use
This gel is for external use only. Follow the points below along with your doctor’s or pharmacist’s advice and the directions printed on the product label. Clean the area: Wash the painful area with mild soap and water, then pat it completely dry before applying the gel. Dosage: Squeeze out a small amount, about 2 to 4 grams (a strip roughly the size of a large coin or 2 to 3 cm), and apply it to the affected area, usually three to four times a day, or exactly as advised. Do not use more than directed. How to apply: Gently massage the gel into the skin until it is absorbed. Do not rub hard. Wash your hands: Wash your hands thoroughly after application, unless your hands are the area being treated. Where not to apply: Do not apply on broken skin, cuts, open wounds, rashes, or irritated skin. Keep it away from the eyes, mouth, nose, and other mucous membranes. Avoid heat and covering: Do not use heating pads, hot water bottles, or tight bandages over the treated area, as heat can increase absorption and may cause skin burns. Avoid sun exposure: Keep the treated area away from direct sunlight and tanning lamps. Duration of use: Use it for the shortest time possible, usually up to 7 to 14 days. Storage
